Corrections desk
The corrections desk is for the practices on the register and for readers who have found an entry that is wrong: a practice that has moved, a telephone that no longer rings, a name that has changed, an entry that should not be here.
Corrections are checked against the practice's own published details before the register is changed. Requests to add a rating, a description or a ranking are declined; that is not what this register does.
What to send
- The practice name and town, exactly as they appear on the register page.
- What is wrong, and what it should say.
- If you are writing on behalf of the practice, a way to confirm that: a message from the practice's own domain is the simplest.
