Terms of Use

What this site is

BZ Biz Listings is a register of HVAC contractors in the United States and Canada. It is free to use, and looking things up needs no account. BZ Biz Listings is published by Citation Vault LLC.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy says how we handle information.

Where listings come from

Listings come from Google Business data and from business submissions. Businesses we added from Google Business data are Free Listings.

Each profile has a write-up we prepare from the business's public details. It is a summary, not a statement by the business.

Details can be wrong or out of date. Call the business before you rely on a detail here.

We do not rate or rank businesses ourselves, and a listing is not an endorsement. The register makes no credential or quality claim about any business. Check license status with the state board or the provincial licensing body.

Google Reviews

Ratings, review counts and reviews on this site come from Google. They are labelled Google Reviews. They are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

A profile shows up to 10 of a business's most recent Google reviews, as written. We do not change the words or the stars. Ratings and reviews can be out of date, so check the business on Google before you rely on one.

A business owner can ask us to correct a rating or remove a review from this site. A reviewer can ask us to remove their review. Email connect@bzbizlistings.com or follow the steps on the corrections page.

Business owners

A business owner can sign in from the add your business page to add a business or claim a listing. Staff check each request before anything goes live.

If you send us details for a listing, you are responsible for keeping them accurate. Tell us when they change.

We may decline a request, or remove a listing, that does not fit the register. We take a listing off the register when we learn the business has closed.

Featured placement

Every business can have a free listing. A business can also pay for Featured placement, which buys visibility only. The featured placement page gives the price.

A Featured listing carries a plain Featured marker. It is not a rating or an endorsement, and it never changes a record's facts.

Acceptable use

Use the site to look up businesses. Do not copy the site in bulk by automated means. Do not send spam to us or to the businesses listed here.

Do not pretend to be a person or a business you are not. Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's systems.
