• This is the WORST company that my family has ever experienced. First, they took almost 24 hours before getting out to my elderly mothers house for a gas leak issue. Then they took $1900 as a down payment on a job they weren't starting for another 2 weeks. Once they did finally come out, they tried to tell her that the entire gas line needed to be replaced. They were trying to take complete advantage and clearly did not know what they were talking about. Another plumbing company was called and all that was needed were the valves on the hot water heaters to be replaced. I am not sure how this company is able to stay in business if this is how they treat their customers. They are extremely unprofessional and will rip you off.

• Had to have my electrical box replaced and moved. They replaced all my outlets and switches as well. Also had to have my gas line and riser replaced. Had a new shower faucet installed. My home was built in the 70’s so every thing had to be upgraded to meet code. They got everything done in 3 days. There was one mishap where a helper mis-stepped while in the attic and damaged the ceiling. They had a contractor out to fix the ceiling the very next day. The contractor they used did a fantastic job. It looks like it never happened. I am pleased with the work and can highly recommend them for all your plumbing, electric and hvac needs.

• Been waiting for a week without AC finally got our new unit in but keep waiting for installation. So if you have an AC not working dont expect fast service. Keep getting put off and on and on 6/28/25 As of today we have been without AC 10 days. I hope all of the employees of this company in Amarillo have enjoyed a nice cool home. We paid a lot of money for this and everyday they keep moving this out farther. Do not deal with this company. Very poor service. 6/13/26 here we are again. new ac not working. temp is set on 74 but monitor shows current temp at 80. we paid $30000 for this mess. guys come out and review settings they say its all good. There is a big issue on this. The house has been miserable each day when temp is high We are at the point to tell you do not use this company. We paid $30,000 for this and got nowhere. I would like to see the owner stay in this house with temp of 80 degrees -- It looks like possibly put in the wrong unit. We have had these issues over a year now. This cost is awful and still not working... 6/16/26 THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IN AMARILLO NEEDS TO COME TO THIS HOUSE AND SEE HOW HE LIKES IT I WOULD NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS COMPANY 6/22 you were waiting for a part. called at 5 pm to tell us the company will not over nite mail i am getting with our attorney to morrow, BBB and the licening dept to report this.system jas not worked correctly for several days. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. CHARGED US $30000 FOR THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. WE HAVE ALREAD TOLD A FRIEND NEEEDING A/C SERVISES NOT TO USE THESE PEOPLE

• While the electrician was friendly, he acted like it was a favor to clean my HVAC coils, even though that was included in the “tune-up.” He then said I needed a new breaker. Fine. Then he said he would absolutely recommend a full home breaker as well as 2 additional breakers for the HVAC. Then, when I said I would get other opinion on that, he Then and only then said I needed a new something or other- no question about it! By then it is wearing on me. A small discount in services if you join a membership for $9.95 /month. Gleaned over some random discount I would get as a veteran… only one? Or something? I didn’t get it. So, my $59 “tune-up” was a gross way to subject me to strong “advice” from a subject matter expert - and take my money. I paid close to $700- they wanted more like $3500. I still have to clean the blower mechanism- that was, apparently, not included in “tune-up” cost. And is almost $1000 to clean in the late spring early summer. I have to see if it lasts dirty and wait for prices to be more reasonable in the fall. Like $350. If I sound exasperated, I am. So, I posted my experience on NextDoor App and WOW!!! This was dozens of people’s experience! So- shame on you 1-800-Plumber!!! That is truly poor form!!! I do not recommend anyone use them for anything!!!!
