• Called around 1pm, was promised same day service between 2 and 6pm. Received a call back at 4pm and was told that tech was stuck on job and couldn't make it out. Wish they didn't over promise, I could have had someone else come same day. Ended up calling One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and they came after 5 and got it done. We have a baby and really needed the service. If you need same day service, just go ahead and schedule two techs from different companies in case if this happens is the lesson i learned.
