• I went on the their website late Monday night and received a callback the next morning to schedule for someone to come out for AC Service repair. She was able to schedule me that day betweeen 10-2 and Mike came out and was able to fix my AC. Repair was successfully completed before 1 pm. • Fixed heater that was throwing a code. It cost more than I was planning to spend, but it is fixed and running properly now. I would use them again in the future. Feb 4th 2026 I have always had good service from this company. They recently cleaned the furnace. Then I had some strange noise and they came out the next day and said I had some ice build up that was causing the furnace to make a lot of clacking noise. He banged on some pipes and not sure what else he did but it is currently running like new again. I just wanted to say thanks for the honest work that they do.

• A-1 heating was. Awesome, they came. In yesterday to started to put in our furnace the gentleman very very friendly they took their time put in the furnace, they explained what they were doing, Mike , he's the one that came in a couple. Of days ago to inspect our furnace, the furnace couldn't be fixed, he sat us down explained our options, told us about. Financing we financed he came back the next day we signed the contract , Mike was also very nice the considerate, we couldn't pick. • I have been dealing with A1 for 7 years. They sold me a new furnace which broke down 9 plus times over a 7 year period. They " gave " me a new furnace to replace the lemon for a charge of 1500. They installed this on May 26 2025. I have called them out numerous times to fix this "new" furnace / air conditioner. They have been giving me the run around for months now. Finally today September 24 2025 they repaired my "new" furnace. However in the process of fixing this they broke my washing machine. The man who answers the phone has had a very disparaging attitude towards me for months because I dared to ask for my furnace to be repaired. Today he accused me of trying to file an insurance claim. I am not the only one that has been on the receiving end of their business etiquette. They cut the lines on my neighbors air conditioner and then tried to charge them $100 a pound for freon. Also the owner has a very nasty attitude when you're trying to make them do the right thing and fix what is broken . I will be contacting BBB and action news. Something needs to be done to keep innocent people from being ripped off.

• My mother-in-law called b/c her ac was out. She was told she needed a new unit and quoted her 9900$ for furnace, ac etc. discounted to 8900$ b/c she is a senior citizen. • Extremely disrespectful and no compassion for their elderly customers who have been with them over 30 yrs! My grandma has had issues for over 2 yrs gets charged a service fee for the thing to up and not work the next day. The " owner " one of the lady's said and I quote " maybe you're grandma shouldn't live alone " umm excuse me who are you to assume further more how is that not rude and disrespectful! Customer service skills suck. We won't be using them from here on out! Go take some respect classes!!

• I have used them in the past and was VERY disappointed with the tech that was sent. I already had an idea of what was wrong with my air and also let the person I spoke with and they said that’s what it sounded like. The tech got to my house and said my Freon was bone dry and they no longer make that Freon anymore and there was no solution. Quoted me $4650 for a new unit. Called another company for a second opinion. They listened to me and it was the capacitor. Other company had it changed in 5 minutes and they offer a solution for the banned R22 Freon. There was nothing wrong with the Freon!! Please be aware of the techs representing your business!!!! I have trusted them in the past but was truly let down!!! I shouldn’t have had to pay $100 service call for your tech to give false information!! Very misleading and felt very taken advantage of!!!
