  • Was very pleased with the service that was provided at our residence. We had a tough clog in a pipe in our wall and the tech tried far beyond an average amount of time to get the issue taken care of: he would not give up! Unfortunately the clog would not give, so A1 offered to come out the next day at no charge to try again. I was impressed by the know-how and helpfulness shown by those who came to our home from A1 and felt much less overwhelmed about the issue by the time they left.

Great experience as expected. Not only was he prompt, courteous and professional, he also cleaned up two dead mice he found under the furnace. You bet I'm calling a pest control guy after this. This practice of going above and beyond is why I'm sticking with A-1!
