• AC Man was FANTASTIC and extremely helpful!!! I was in a pickle where I was unsure what part of my AC system needed to be fixed so I started with doing a recharge, and that service was quicker than expected, and now i have ICE COLD air. He made sure to be of help afterwards while I was diagnosing the fault myself after the recharge. A shop wouldnt care like he did. A shop only sees you as a cash cow and will do whatever they can to make money, regardless if it was necessary for my car. Had i taken it to a shop instead, id be WAY more broke, and likely stuck with a disabled system. Since the AC Man was extremely helpful afterwards, it showed me how much he actually cares about his customers! Would absolutely recommend to anyone facing AC issues, or just needing services. Wouldn't go anywhere else but him!

• I took my car to A/C Man, hoping it just needed to be charged. Unfortunately, my compressor is the problem, which he is unable to replace. With that said, he took the time to show me all the steps he took to determine the issue and explained everything in a way that I (not being a car person) could understand. He not only flushed my contaminated A/C, which was caused by a repair shop, but he also did a complete diagnostic report and let me know what needed to be repaired on my A/C prior to recharge. • Brought my 2017 GMC in to get a recharge. With his knowledge and experience, he knew I had a faulty condenser. Stated he didn't want to fill the system just for it to eventually leak out. He advised me to look into it further on my own and I ended up buying a condenser from him at a cheaper price. I installed and brought back to fill for a perfectly working system. • MULTIPLE attempts to make contact, nothing but voicemail asking leave messages or text, several unanswered messages and multiple unanswered texts. Now he has a system that puts you in spam so you get these ridiculous recordings. So I drove to the business address which turns out to be a residence, that’s ok but a note on the door says by appointment only not to knock on the door. All I need is some parts and advice and was willing to pay for both. Just don’t get it, terrible customer service and with so many positive reviews it doesn’t make sense but I’ve wasted enough of my time trying to give him money.
