• This HVAC install experience was stellar. One of my AC units died in July and I decided it was time to replace both 20+ year old HVAC systems in my home. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from the friendly receptionist, the quote process with Ryan and follow up emails, great pricing and installation timing, excellent handling of Mass Save rebates, and a quick 2.5 day install from a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly team. Had two heat pumps, two gas furnaces, and one steam humidifier installed, overcoming some challenging plumbing situations to make it sure it was done right. Would highly recommend.

• On Sunday our central ac decided not to work. We reached out to AAir Systems Technologies who installed our system. Because it was Sunday we got the answering service and had to leave a message. We received a call back within 15 minutes from the owner Ryan who assured us our issue would be dealt with Monday morning. Sure enough his tech named Tyler showed up Monday morning and diagnosed the problem. I was so impressed with him! So knowledgeable and so personable! Unfortunately they didn't have the part we needed however Tyler said I will make sure we have it tomorrow (Tuesday) and I will be back to install it. Tyler arrived Tuesday afternoon with the replacement part, I had to leave for an appointment so I asked that he just close the door when he was done. When I came home I found a note above my thermostat from Tyler that said my ac was all set and to have a nice summer! I was blown away! This is ABOVE AND BEYOND great customer service! Nice work AAir! And the world needs more Tylers!

• Great company, at all levels. Ryan was great at answering all my questions and concerns when he came by to provide estimates on multiple projects. Tina was fantastic every time I called or emailed. She was particularly helpful in dealing with MassSave. Trevor and team were timely, friendly and professional during the installs. • In Ryan and his team I trust! From my initial phone call to request a quote Ryan was responsive, polite, professional and patient with all our questions. He walked my wife and I through multiple options in replacing our whole house heating and air conditioning system. We narrowed it down to two possibilities, so I called Ryan again and we went through all the pros & cons to each and settle on what was best for us. Then he passed us on to Tina to help us through the Mass Save loan process. She was awesome! She is well versed in the process so it went smoothly. We were approved in a short time and were able to schedule the work. Then the team arrived and it was like watching a well organized work site. From set up to the clean up they were clean, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Once finished I was instructed on how the run the system and it’s been every thing that was told it would be. • They did work on my unit less than a year ago. Recharged for almost $1400 with labor stating that the wrong refrigerant had been added to the system. I’ve called them a good 8 times the last couple of weeks, since the system is still running through the same issues. They told me they had to check to see if they still have the refrigerant R-22. Which isn’t the issue here nor was it then. It’s blowing & was blowing cool air but not enough of it. They’ve yet to call me back. Never met a more unprofessional business. Dont waste your time or hard earned money.

• AAIR system came to install both furnaces and heat pump in hour hose when one of our furnace died. They were very swift and did it in 2 and a half days. They made sure we had heat all the times. Everyone of them were very kind and did the job beautifully. They have been doing our services for several years. Professionalism at best. • Today we had AAIR Systems Technologies come out to perform routine maintenance on our furnace. When the technician Cameron arrived he was so friendly. I showed him where the furnace was, asked a couple questions and if he had time could he swap out two thermostats for me. During the whole visit he was very communicative(about timing and price), polite and efficient! Cameron was able to swap the thermostats for us and we are so grateful for his help and expertise. • We just moved into a new Condo home over 55 community. We had not had time to yet set up a maintenance arrangement on the 2 HVAC systems but last Friday turned on heat for one and nothing happened. A friend in the community recommended AAir Systems Technologies. Got an immediate return phone call from Tina in the office. She set appointment for Monday with Tyler who was here even early. Quickly diagnosed the problem and went even further on making sure everything was okay with other unit. Service call charge was very reasonable. The best part- Tyler was outstanding! On a 1-10 scale, he was a 12!!!! I ask a lot of questions and he was amazingly patient with all of them. This place is our last stop on homes and we plan on keeping Aair Systems and Tyler hopefully forever. Already signed up for preventative maintenance contract. • TLDR: a company that doesn't stand by their work and only care about ripping off their customers. AAir installed heat pumps in July 2024. I had lots of ants coming in around the heat pump this August 2025. I called them and a technician came out. Tech took off the heat pump cover to look at the install and said nothing wrong with it. He didn't use a screw driver or do any mechanical work. He was in the house for less than 5 minutes. They sent me an invoice for 225$ without warning or a heads up saying a service call is 225$ regardless of the amount of work done. I told them it was more or less them verifying they correctely installed a bug filter on the air intake and should be covered by the install warranty or at least have the charge be reasonable and consistent with the work done. Their response was that it was 13 months since the install and the warranty only covers 12 months. I like to support small businesses but I feel that I was scammed. Highly unethical and shady move by them. Would not recommend.

• One company claimed we had a leaking AC/condenser. We called Aair Systems get a second quote on a replacing the unit with a heat pump. Of all the HVAC companies we talked to replacement, they were the only ones who suggested we first look if the existing unit was still under warranty and they did the leg work. Turns out it was. I really appreciate their honesty and will be calling them when we do eventually need a replacement.
