Scott Hommel came for our second HVAC maintenance today and did a thorough and professional job. We have an annual contract with them for such maintenance and so far we are happy with the service. I submitted four stars this time because of the strenuous "upselling" of other services that we chose not to have done at this time (this happened the first time as well). The talk lasted almost an hour. Scott is doing the job he has been asked to do and I'm not blaming him but the company needs to back off a little on this excruciating sales pitch. I will be interested to see what the next and final maintenance entails. I anticipate that the next contract will cost more than the original one...but time will tell.

I asked for a seasonal check-up on my air conditioning unit when I moved in. The technician was very detailed and almost spent 2 hours cleaning, but nothing else was done. My working air conditioning unit is not working anymore. Company won't own the issue. They want to charge more to look at it again. First and last time working with them.

You come to my home. You fail to unclog my drain after a 5 minute attempt. You were quick enough to try and upsale a $39 clogged drain to a $3,000 project. I'd say I wouldn't trust you guys to unclog a tub drain, but you've already proved to me you can't. I'd thought a plumbing business would do better for a new and potential future customer. Your shiny new vans and shiny new tools tell me you must've pulled your bait and switch tactics on quite a few of us old folks caught in dire straits. There's a word for that. Guess what it is. My advice to the reader is to keep looking for a GOOD plumber. In my experience, you won't find one here. Not without spending a big chunk of change.

They wasted our time. I’d give zero stars if it were an option. In the words of their own tech, their prices and practices are “highway robbery.” It seems that their business model is to give obscene quotes for minor repairs (and charge you to come out and give a quote) so that they can try to up-charge for major repairs that are unnecessary...

They were more of a scam than a legitimate plumbing company. They told us we needed a new toilet and wanted to charge us $1,100 for a no/name new toilet. We needed a simple gasket. It was an easy fix… Don’t use them.

Worst company ever I paid $48,000 for two unit in 2021. One of my unit is defective since 2021 so many time I asked him to replace the unit but they didn’t and they keep coming every two weeks working on the unit and never got fixed. There’s always issues, I’m tired of calling this company and their service the worst company.
