New review 10/3/26 Daniel and his whole team was amazing. I initially was given their information from my community group who had nothing but great things to say about them. Daniel went over my options for replacing my a/c unit and initially I was going with another company but he let me know he could do the same exact thing for a much better price. He wasn't kidding! He is very affordable and let me tell you getting a brand new a/c and furnace system isn't cheap. Daniel sent over a thorough invoice explaining everything will be brand new and his team did just that. Daniel answered every question I had immediately and some questions I know he really didn't have to go above and beyond to answer. But he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He made me feel like whatever you want or need to know to make you feel comfortable with such a big purchase I'll answer. I have nothing but great things to say about his company. Thank you again for the new units!

Zachary came out to do the repair. I texted the company (Cool Guys) with my problem. I described in detail the noise I was having and the age of the unit and model number He knew I needed a new fan motor so he brought the proper motor with him. Zach took his time with a screw that was going on the shaft. I appreciate that he took his time with it so that way I could get this job completed today because we’re in the high 90s in the inland empire. He finished the job and the unit works great. The compressor is still running strong for a unit that is 15 years old. I’m giving him high marks on him doing a good job. This is a company that you want To keep their phone number handy if ever you have air-conditioning problems.

I had an exceptional experience with my air conditioning repair. The service was prompt, professional, and I really appreciated how quickly they answered/responded to my call - on a holiday weekend in the evening no less! (did not have that experience in calling a couple of other "24/7" companies, so really appreciated that quick service and living up to the name of their company, Air Repair 24/7). Zak was out the next morning and quickly addressed my AC issue. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and did an awesome job of getting everything taken care of. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust, but I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing AC repair. Thank you Zack for being timely (early!), efficient (only about a 30-minute service call), knowledgeable and HONEST (“your system is working fine now. If the coil was frozen yesterday when the A/C went out, everything you did overnight to unfreeze it worked.”) That is 5-star level integrity there, and one of the few companies I have encountered that do not try to invent problems with HVAC systems to make a sale. Especially since our system is on the older side.

I had an emergency situation and I called on a Friday around 2:30pm. They had someone out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem right away gave me instructions. He returned the next morning and fixed my AC. I’m so grateful because the previous company made a mistake and had terrible customer service. Daniel handled my call with so care and Zach is so knowledgeable…an actual expert in air conditioners. I highly recommend working with them

My favorite part about this company was their willingness to adhere to the California 3 day cooling off period (5 days if you are over 65). For those who don't know you can back out of a contract within 3 days and owe zero dollars to any contractor regardless of what may be said (zero penalties, zero restocking fee, etc). Unless it is a true emergency service which is capped at $750 you have rights! We ended up not going with them because we were quoted a cheaper price and found a business who's values aligned closer with ours, but regardless the deposit for an AC replacement quote was returned in a timely manner once we canceled the Job and firmly stated the exercising of our rights. Thanks Air Repair for making sure we got our money back.
