We replaced eight, 27 year-old Mitsubishi splits and were extremely satisfied with the white glove treatment by the folks at Air Source. Communication was precise, the quote process was thorough and transparent, and they even helped to ensure the rebate forms with HECO were completed correctly! It was clear this wasn't their first rodeo and that we were dealing with seasoned professionals. Technicians showed up ON TIME (a rarity these days) and they were respectful of the work areas leaving no damage, dirt or debris behind. We recommend Air Source without reservation!

Our experience with Air Source was the best!!! They were able to fit us in to our schedule to look and suggest best place to install 4 units, came to install the units w/an experienced crew. When I had a quest about one of the units, someone came the following day to fix my problem. After almost a year of using it, I called them to tell them one wasn’t working, Kevin came the following day to check and realized I had the unit’s setting wrong. He fixed it and told me that it was time to clean 2 of the units we never turn off. Kristin made an appointment for us and someone came to clean them. Kristi also did the rebates on the installation and cleaning! I recommend Air Source to anyone interested in getting a split system! Love this company!!!
