• The reviews I'm reading here about Ben seem to be describing him as a salesman which we will agree with. However since we purchased two AC units from him and we are having issues with one of those units that we purchased in June of 2026 (which is 3 months into the 2 year warranty) he is refusing to acknowledge the issue and is ignoring our request for him to come to the house to physically witness the issue. He maintains that the unit is fine and the installation is fine even though our kitchen cabinets vibrate. Very disappointing.

• Ben has done it again. I honestly don't know how he does it, but every single time I call, he goes above and beyond. My tenant called him directly during a 110° Las Vegas day when the A/C stopped working, and Ben did everything he could to get there as quickly as possible. He fixed the issue, came back to make sure everything was right, and never made us feel like we were just another customer. I've worked with several A/C companies over the years, and I've never experienced this level of service. Most companies just want to get paid and move on. Ben and his team genuinely care about helping people. You can tell they take pride in what they do. As much as I hate having A/C problems, I always feel relieved knowing I can call Ben. After calling him to get an estimate for a new ac unit for our home, his team promptly came to investigate what was needed; I was given an extremely fair quote for the new ac unit, and Ben quickly arranged all that was needed for us (a crane, etc.). I moved into a house last year - previous owner failed to mention there was active warranty on the HVAC unit - without transferring the warranty to me it was cut in half from 10 to 5 years. Just my luck - 5 years was late December 2024. Ben called the company, advocated on my behalf, and did what he could to help me get my heater up and running.
