• We called Air Zone when our upstairs AC went out. Adrian arrived the next morning at 7am and was able to replace a part and get us back up and running. Adrian is very honest and didn’t try to upsell a new unit even though ours is 19 years old. It’s worth noting that out of the four companies I called, Air Zone was the only one where a human (his wife) answered immediately. No automated system, no bot…that still means something. • Adrien came out on a weekend when our AC wasn’t cooling properly. He quickly found a clogged condensate drain, flushed it out, and replaced a small section of the old pipe with a new piece and stopper. He also checked the outside unit and replaced the air filter I already had. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. What a difference! They properly diagnosed the issue and took the time to walk me through all my options without being pushy at all. Given the age of my system, we determined that the most cost-efficient route was to replace the outside unit and the evaporator coil. • Fantastic experience. I had Air Zone Experts come out to give me a 2nd opinion because another HVAC company was telling me I needed to spend $10k+ on a new system. They used the typical fear-based selling tactics, showing me rusted parts as indicators that it could potentially result in a catastrophic failure, and were pressuring me to make a decision ASAP.
