• Our experience with this AC company involved extended delays and an unresolved repair over approximately 30 days in July/August of 2025. Multiple technicians were sent at different times, and each visit resulted in explanations that the prior work had not been completed correctly, without the issue being resolved. One technician, Jeremiah, indicated he would be able to address the problem, but the repair ultimately remained incomplete. During a visit, damage occurred to the attic access opening. At a later point, the owner came to the property. During this interaction, communication became unproductive, and the homeowner—my elderly mother—was not directly addressed. We were advised to pursue resolution through the home warranty company, as the AC company stated they had invested significant time and resources without reimbursement. Due to the ongoing delays, lack of resolution, and the condition of the attic access, we decided to discontinue service and pursue an alternative solution. We hired another company, paid directly, they fixed the attic entry, and had a new unit installed. This review reflects our personal experience.
