• So I was recommended Airtegrity from my real estate agent when I purchased my home. This is not a reputable company! They installed a new air handler but failed to connect it to the thermostat. Therefore, for 3 months my home was being cooled on one a/c which placed immense stress on that unit. I was fortunate that a general contractor realized the unit was not installed correctly. Once this was corrected I had an issue with my unit powering off, Francisco (owner of Airtegrity) came out to evaluate the issue, he did not check the exterior unit correctly and diagnosed it to a faulty breaker. I spent 2k to replace the entire breaker box and surge protector, to only have the issue reoccur. The issue never was with the breaker, he failed to evaluate the exterior unit as a wire was exposed. If you want negligence at its finest, Airtegrity is the company for you. Adding this in response to the feedback received from Airtegrity. First, the unit was not tested correctly upon install, if it was, then the thermostat would have been connected correctly. Secondly, you were not here 1.5 years ago, Abe came to the location less than 3 months ago, he determined that it was an exposed wire and did a band aid to patch it up. If it was 1.5 years ago, why did you send me an invoice this week? Integrity and honesty are a vital component of any business. Please do not fabricate facts to hold face. Thank you

• I have consistently found that requesting service from this company results in high estimates for questionable repairs. It appears their routine residential tune-ups are treated as quotas to find faults rather than genuine preventative maintenance. When communicating these alleged issues, their technicians rely heavily on technical jargon, failing to explain anything in plain, accessible language. It feels like a deliberate tactic to confuse the homeowner and justify inflated costs. Most concerning is the outcome of their most recent visit. Following their "tune-up," my system's condition has noticeably worse. I am now experiencing excessive condensation from the secondary drain, issues that weren’t this bad prior to their service. I am now need to hire an hvac company fix the drain. Ultimately, their maintenance services feel less like home care and more like a high-pressure sales gimmick. Proceed with caution.

• My HVAC system had several issues going on stemming from incorrect and incompetent installation from the time the house was built. Several things led to moisture issues as a result. Abe came out a few times to help troubleshoot and fix what was going on. • We have been clients of Airtegrity now for 7 years. We first had our complete system replaced in 2019. They have serviced it since then. 2 weeks ago on the first day of the cold snap our heater motor decided to break. Bryan immediately came out within an hour to check the problem. • This company is having a minor problem, their growth is exceeding their ability to correctly manage said growth - this may seem unusual given the five star rating so I'll continue: When you initially deal with this company, take notes of everything you request so there's not any misunderstanding when you receive an estimate. Hopefully they'll resolve this issue quickly and new customers won't have any issue. That being said, there is no question that the owner of the business, Francisco, knows A/C installation and is an honest person. There is also no denying the professionalism and experience of his installers. My installer, Franco, did an outstanding job and he's the main reason I'm giving a five-star review instead of four stars. If Airtegrity can resolve some of the minor issues with communicating not only with their customer, but more importantly their billing and installation departments, they would be perfect.

It ended being a defective thermostat, he was able to workaround the issue and let the AC working and coming back to replace the defective part.
