I sorry I didn’t get all the employees names who worked, but Hector and José were here for all of the job. I am so happy that I made the right choice choosing this company. Chris, our project manager, was responsive from the first call through the final walkthrough — he walked us through sizing and pricing, and genuinely listened whenever we had questions or changes, rather than pushing his own agenda. Jose and Hector handled the installation and were excellent — technical, experienced, and happy to explain each step. They handled the condenser placement, line routing, and indoor units with real attention to detail, and stayed responsive to our input along the way. The crew kept the work area clean throughout.
