• Steve stopped by during a heat wave to diagnose and repair our A/C unit that had lost power within an hour of our phone call. The bigger HVAC companies were (understandably) days out in schedule. Steve quickly figured out the cause and had us back online in no time. My hat's off to him, climbing into cramped environments like our attic in the blazing heat without a single complaint. He knows his trade and it's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work. He left the work area clean and took the time to explain to us exactly what needed repair, and some simple steps on how we could take better care of our system.

• Steve answered immediately. I called him on a Sunday, and he said he would be at my house within two hours—and he followed through. He arrived at 12 PM and spent about three hours here thoroughly checking everything. We hadn’t run our AC unit in 20 years, so he made sure everything was working properly. He added refrigerant to the AC unit, made sure the heating was working, and applied a leak sealant in case there were any leaks. He also recommended a better furnace/AC filter, which we purchased from Home Depot. Steve also installed a new digital thermostat, which blows my old one out of the park. It’s a huge upgrade. I would definitely recommend Steve for any AC or heating problems, especially if you’re in the Chula Vista area, as he now only takes jobs in Chula Vista. Steve has over 40 years of experience, so he clearly knows what he’s doing. He arrived with all the necessary tools and equipment and completed the entire job in about three hours. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Steve!

• If I could give this company six stars, I would. All Brands/Steve provided service that is unparalleled and feels like it’s from another era…and I mean this in a good way. It started with a desperation call on our part as our AC went out at the worst possible time, during an extreme heat wave in San Diego that also happened to fall on a holiday. Thankfully, Steve was available for same day service, which included some nice touches; a courtesy call to let us know when he was on his way, an on-time arrival, a prompt diagnosis, and immediately got our AC unit back up and running. Once the unit was back operational, he provided some good education, charged what we believe was a fair price, and accepted electronic payment. Then, if that wasn’t enough, we received the most pleasant surprise—he even called us back the next day to make sure everything was still working well with our AC (and it was!)—such a thoughtful gesture on his part and a level of service that is unheard of nowadays. What a kind gentleman, stellar service, the right level skill level and know-how, coupled with a willingness to knowledge-share—an overall exceptional experience!
