A blower motor went out on my AC unit late Saturday and was able to get scheduled for the next morning before noon Sunday. The technician was prompt, respectful and showed me the failed motor in under 90 minutes. The part was picked up before noon Monday and I returned home from work to a cool comfortable home that evening. Mike explained my options before proceeding and the anticipated cost. I have their maintenance plan and always appreciate their professionalism and honest presentation of my options with none of the high pressure sales approach from their competitors.

Air went out Saturday, tried one company first. Mount the following day, and said it would be a little while before they could get someone out to give us an estimate. So I called Aloha air, and they came out that day. And by the next day, they were installing a new system. Very personable, friendly, quick to respond to any need, and did an outstanding job,. They were upfront about the cost, gave me options on payment or different avenues with which to go, and never pressed for anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Again, in Memphis, if your air goes out, its not something that can 'wait a while.' I couldnt have asked for anything more. Left that review a few years ago, so thought I would update. When i bought my system a few years ago, i got the comfort plan (very affordable and well worth it). They said they would come out every so often to check it, tune it up, etc. Yea right, i thought. Well, not only have they done that, they are MORE than flexible, and treat it like YOUR TIME - none of that 'we'll be there sometime b/t 12 and 4 nonsense. Devin showed, was very courteous, professional, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. I know it sounds like bs, but i really do tell everyone i hear that has an AC issue to call them.
