• We asked for the $49 vent cleaning special, but it turned out we needed a lot more than that. Patrick found such thick layers of dirt that the previous owners had probably never cleaned the vents. And that wasn't the worst part: he showed us pictures of the cat litter and, uh, other things he found in our vents. The ducts had gotten so backed up that we actually had a cascade of problems that went as far as the AC condenser filling up with water. Patrick worked late to get as much done as he could that day. Then he and his boss worked with us to come up with a plan to clean and disinfect the ducts and restore our furnace and HVAC system at a price that worked for us. He saved our butts and we're looking forward to his follow up visit.

• Keaton came out from Apex clean air to help me with an issue I had in my dryer vent. I tried to clean it out myself, and got something stuck in the vent, and also dislocated one of the joints of the dryer vent line. He was extremely professional and enthusiastic about helping me get this fixed. He explained everything he was going to do carefully, and I was impressed with his knowledge. He worked quickly and was very personable and left no mess when he was done. I called around many HVAC places to see if they could help me and none of them were able to. • This company will try to sell you anything ever imagine. Used them to replace a faulty sensor on my furnace, but technician wanted my to buy a electric filter. Gave me a "deal" on vent cleaning and jacked me up a preventative maintenance without my knowledge. Mentioned i would get a detail bill online but never did. To my surprise, I was charge for something I did know. Update as 09.29.26 I was contacted by management, who were very apologetic about my experience. I received a refund for the PM service.
