Arnold Jones came to our rescue a couple of years ago when my elderly MIL needed emergency HVAC service. So when it became time to replace our home HVAC unit they were our choice. From the initial estimate through the installation and their office, their staff was professional, knowledgeable and personable. The installation team is a well oiled machine. My questions were answered with full and clear explanations. Communication was outstanding and technicians were prompt. Arnold Jones exceeded my expectations. For example they provided a loaner portable AC while the installation progressed. They even ran a condensation line to the drain to assure the water did not accumulate. It is obvious that Arnold Jones cares about their customers.

I scheduled my heating check with Arnold Jones Services and could not have been more pleased. The technician , Austin Snotherly, arrived on time and he exceeded all expectations! Austin took the time to explain and answer my questions, as well as being courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company in a very professional manner and I was extremely pleased. I used this company several years ago, and decided to make a change and go back to them. I am so glad I did and will continue to schedule my maintenance and any problems that may arise with my system in the future with Arnold Jones Services.

Austin was our technician and he handled our home's issues with the most courtesy and professionalism. We had a problem that took several visits to repair, but he made sure to exhaust every possibility to know we had the unit fixed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for future work on our AC unit.

Called this morning and within that day, they sent Austin S. to come out and take a look at the problems with our unit. Austin came in, and assessed and properly diagnosed the issue, was very knowledgeable, professional, and communicated thoroughly to us on what the next steps were going to be. He left to grab the motor and came back in a timely manner for installation. Was very clean and efficient in his work. I can say without a doubt that Austin provided the best service I have ever experienced. Thank you so much Austin!

If you’re looking for a/c repair keep looking. They came out to my house when both of my units stopped working, at cost of $161, and said they’d get back to me with a quote for the repair later that some day or early the next. When I heard nothing from them I emailed about the quote and was told “the general manager is working on it and they’ll call me soon.” Waited another two days with no communication (keep in mind my house is about 83 degrees) then my husband called them and was told they’d call him back same day. Next day, with still no communication, he called again and said we wanted our money back for the diagnostic they didn’t provide and wouldn’t you know it we had a quote right away! $9,594; with no break down on the invoice. Or over $13,000 for repair/replace option, again, with no breakdown in cost. We found someone else who came out the same day fixed both units in under two hours for around $1,600. So learn from my $161 mistake and keep shopping around, because the only redeeming quality of AJ Heating and Air is the lady who answers the phones.

Very happy with James, our technician. Came out for an diagnostic visit. Extremely thorough and professional. We were shocked when he recommended no repairs/replacements/new system...because the last estimate we received was over $6K min urgently and up to 24K for a new system. How refreshing when a company is honest enough to tell a potential customer that they don't need service! And the estimate for the new system? So. Much. More. Affordable. Than the previous estimate. We will definitely go with Arnold Jones for our HVAC needs.
