• AC stopped cooling. Called Will Fix it. They provided 3 quotes of $3k, $7k and $7600 to fix the problem. According to them the TXV and the compressor were in need of replacing. They followed up with quotes for replacing the system starting at $15k. We were in full panic mode. Called ASC, they came over the next day, found we had a badly clogged drain line and cleared it all within an hour for a couple hundred dollars. The AC started cooling immediately. The tech provided some helpful tips to extend the life of our unit and never tried to upsell. This will be my first choice for AC issues moving forward.

• I called in a pinch and they sent two superheroes in 30 minutes. Jordan was awesome, honest, and clear on the steps he was going to take to service my unit. He talked me through everything, no bull, upfront on what I needed and what I didn't. They have my trust and future business if needed, they should have yours as well. I got a lot more done that just the service, my unit was sitting for a few years. They fixed a PVC pipe coming out the unit, installed a digital thermostat, cleaned my unit, inspected everything and put about a pound of freon in the unit.

• Woke up to a hot house this morning and called around to several companies to see if I could get a service appointment today. I hadn't heard of ASC before, but the companies I called first didn't have appointments until after the weekend, and ASC could get out this afternoon. I'm glad the other companies I called first didn't have availability, because Jacob was fantastic! He was able to quickly identify and fix the issue, and he helped me identify the warranty on my system (I didn't even think it still had a warranty on it). He also helped me with their maintenance service when I accidentally signed up for the wrong one, and I got a discount on today's repairs afterward, plus some peace of mind for future maintenance and services. He was very thorough and looked for other options to prolong the life of my filters (we live in a very dusty area), and discussed future potential issues when I asked without any selling pressure at all. Great experience at a reasonable price, and my house is cool again. Thank you!!

• Asked for a quote thru Google and put details about the size of our commercial unit. Got a call back from NANCY and gave her the details again. She made the appointment and I took the afternoon off to meet the technician. ROAN showed up without any details and immediately told me that this unit is beyond their capabilities. I told him that NANCY should have given him the details. Called back to NANCY and asked for ADRIAN or RON. ADRIAN said that NANCY is not a techno which I replied “ but she can write down details and pass them to techs right?” This seemed to confound ADRIAN. Would trust them to work if they can’t get basic details down.

• We cannot say enough about how helpful and professional ASC has been in helping us identify the most cost-effective, efficient heat & air pump unit for our home. Our home warranty company had dodged repairing or replacing of our defunct system for about six months. As Texas heat set in and our indoor thermometer hit 90 degrees we had to act independently. I researched companies and systems. When I contacted ASC, Ron, the company owner, spent time on the phone and through emails helping me compare systems. He didn't try to oversell us. He identified discounts and rebates that brought down the price of the system we ultimately selected. His installation team was on time and professional spending two days in the heat to install our system. This level of customer service is something I rarely experience anymore. I highly recommend you consider their services if you face the need for replacing your HVAC system - which is a considerable investment. And - BTW - I am not letting the warranty company off the hook. I am in the process of recovering what they should have provided - and then some. :)

After another company threw their arms in the air and failed to diagnose an error code on my HVAC and then tried to push thousands of dollars for unnecessary maintenance(!!!) I called ASC. The customer service at ASC was incredible. The owner, Ron, actually connected with me on a weekend night to troubleshoot. When the technician, Kman, came out, he was professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Because the error code was rare, he contacted the manufacturer directly to ensure it was diagnosed correctly.
