  • I have been a client for many years and picked Atlantis because of the personal touch, small company feel and ease to deal with. However, over the past few years when calling for service, instead of being routed to someone who can book an appointment I get told that someone will call back. Why not have the receptionist book service calls? It felt like i was talking to an answering service although she said she was situated at the company office. This sort of impersonal treatment run arouned is what you get when you call the big multi-branch companies. Atlantis needs to get back to making it easy for a customer to do business with them.

  • When the A/C brokedown during the last heat wave I was able to reach Atlantis 24 hour contact line and speak with someone shortly. They came within a couple of days and replaced the old A/C and furnace. Their technicians were excellent, very friendly and answered any questions we had. They completed the install within a day and half, in the middle of a heatwave.

Everything was handled in timely and professional manner with all questions answered and all cons and pros fully discussed. Highly recommend entire team. The 2025 Update: We just replaced the wonky Rental water heater with a new unit recommended and supplied by Atlantis. The new heater is remarkably quiet and features improved controls. Installation took half a day with zero mess. We also got an assistance with the rental return, performed Air Conditioner & Furnance annual maintenance. From initial e-mail inquiry to completed installation - 3 days, pretty impressive. Always great service! Recommended. Proactive actions are the best from being disappointing about something breaks suddenly at the hottest or coldest day of the year.

  • My Carrier Heat Pump unit was leaking\dripping continuously. Tony and Colin are an excellent professional team. They did their very beat to diagnose the cause/problem. The drain was partially blocked with rust. Tony cleaned the drain and a short length of pipe, he also changed the filter and added temporary support. Tony noted that there may be a leak in the coil pan. Now, 24 hours later the leaking/dripping continues, so I will need a follow up visit. I am anxious about the cost, as the initial visit fee was very high and the problem has not been solved.
