• I recently had my air conditioning go out during the hottest part of August. I called several AC companies, but none were able to help within 24 hours—most wanted to schedule me several days out. I found AZ A/C and Heat Services on Google, read their 5-star reviews across several platforms, and decided to give them a call. From the very first interaction, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Fahim was able to come out right away to assess my AC unit and quickly determined that the compressor had failed. Thankfully, the compressor was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the part for my particular AC unit was not available in Arizona and had to be shipped from California. Even with expedited shipping, it took another two days to arrive. Throughout the entire process, Fahim stayed on top of the shipment and kept me informed every step of the way. As soon as the part arrived, he came out and installed it—even during the hottest part of the day. Fahim’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine empathy made a stressful situation so much easier. He has absolutely earned my gratitude, my trust, and all of my future AC and heating business. • I had my grandkids for the weekend and one of my units wasn't cooling. My normal ac company, Rivas Aire, advertises 24/7 emergency service and they never responded to my call until the following day. "They forgot to check their phone." So I tried a new company. A couple of months ago, Fahim installed a climate-controlled A/C system in my garage to protect my supercars and luxury vehicles from the Arizona heat.
