• Service person came out for pre-winter service, quoted a $900 for a $300 job, when I called him on it, he got mad, called his manager and said I was rude cause I refused to pay. He left my unit disconnected and left without finishing or even reconnecting my unit. Never notified me about his vandalism to my unit. Only non-professionals would leave a unit disconnected. Do Not trust them. Called for Manager, but they refused to call back.

• Ricardo and Christian fixed a major plumbing problem under my house in the middle of July. Their professionalism was outstanding, not once did I hear them complain. Ricardo and Christian always had a positive attitude, cheerful while working in the heat and through the plumbing issues. They fully explained their task and always checked in with me if I had any concerns. • I have a maintenance subscription with Balance Comfort, and I spent almost $5,600 with your company last year (2025). At that time, your technician assured me that our AC system should be in good working condition for the next 3–4 years. I had a maintenance appointment yesterday August11,2026. Before the technician arrived, my AC was working perfectly. However, immediately after the maintenance visit, my AC stopped working. I contacted Balance Comfort, and you sent a technician the same day. Unfortunately, the AC was still not working after that visit. I called again the following day, and another technician came out and was able to get the AC running. However, he told me that there is another problem that would cost approximately $2,000 to repair. He also said that the better option would be to replace the other rooftop unit or potentially replace the entire system. I am very concerned and frustrated by this situation. I spent nearly $5,600 with Balance Comfort last year based on the understanding that my system would be reliable for 3-4 more years. If replacing the system or rooftop unit was going to be necessary, I feel I should have been informed about that when I made that significant investment last year. It is especially concerning that my AC was working fine before yesterday’s maintenance appointment and stopped working immediately afterward. I never recommend balance comfort

• They can't figure out who their customers are. They price gouge. It's really gone downhill for us anyway. We can't recommend this place any longer. We are very sad about this. 😞 You are spending a lot of money on advertising and your website is not working? I will add photo. We smelled something burning when the heater came on!?!? We called Balanced Comfort and they sent Jovonny, he came as soon as he could. Kept great communication. Got here and got right to work. He was very through. Very courteous and informative. He checked everything he could and gave us the bad news that our AC has seen better days. He gave us lots of choices to think about. We really appreciate him! We highly recommend Jovonny! • Just had our annual HVAC service. The technician Joey was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He offered the necessary recommendations to keep our old AC Unit running has efficiently as possible with proper maintenance recommendations. He even changed out our filter. There was no charge for the basic AC check up and even honored a gift certificate we had received in the mail from them towards the cleaning of the coils and the blower. • This is our continual saga of great service from Balanced Comfort. Our A/C unit stopped cooling in the midst of a 101 degree day. In a panic I called for service and was given a 2 to 4 hour window for a technician to show up on a Sunday. Within an hour, here he was. After much testing, it appears he was not able to get it cooling today, however promised to have another technician show up tomorrow. Thank you for fast service and a kind technician. Patrick Walker Saga: Part 2 So, after 23 years of faithful service, our HVAC unit officially died. We contracted with Balanced Comfort to replace our complete unit. Again, another awesome employee Timothy See showed up. After discovering that an incorrect unit was ordered, Timothy ran to pick up the correct one, late in the day. This poor guy worked until 10pm. (Tell me that is not dedication to a job well done). And once again, another personable, friendly and just plain nice guy. Balanced Comfort, my hat is off to your HR department, they really know how to hire quality people. We are now basking in the cool temps again with our new unit. Thank you for another GREAT HVAC experience! Patrick Walker Saga: Part 3 After we had Balanced Comfort install a new HVAC unit, they send out yet another fantastic technician, Lukus Felix for a "check up" inspection to insure we are pleased with our purchase. • They are too expensive, charged me $73 to show up and said that there was grease in the kitchen drainage he said it was bad news so he called back his dispatcher and asked them to give him the quote to do Hydro Flushing, he quoted me $750. So make story short didn’t clear the drainage and left with $73. My thing is I told the dispatcher from the beginning that it was clogged so of coarse you expect there’s going to be grease. So I called another company A1 Noble Plumbing and they did the job right they cleared the drainage and it’s good to go I’ll definitely recommend them and call them back again.

• Our tech guys were very nice. Had to have all the water pipes switched out in our 1960s home. Job took way longer than expected and we were left with things to repair ourselves. They had to stay until 10:24pm the second night just to make sure we had water. Before they left we had to have them turn some back off due to leaks and then we found more water leaking from another site after they were gone. Hope other customers are good at drywall work after they leave. These pictures are all from their completed work. And not so sure the new fixtures in the tub should be wiggly 🙁-too bad we didn’t find that until after hubby redid the drywall. Not real sure it should have cost over $16k but at least we can take a hot shower now🤣
