• An exceptional experience from start to finish After buying our new house, we requested several quotes to clean the air conditioning ducts. Thanks to this company, we discovered that the ducts were completely deteriorated, broken, and full of mold. It was a much more serious problem than we imagined, but from the very first moment, they reassured us and offered the best solution. They explained everything with complete transparency, showed us the actual state of the installation, and offered us a very competitive quote to replace all the ducts and clean the rest of the system. They also detected another significant problem: the air conditioning barely reached the upper floor of the house. They completely redesigned the system, installed new ducts, and relocated several vents to improve airflow. The result has been spectacular. Now the air reaches the entire upper floor with great force, and the difference in the comfort of the house is enormous. What impressed us most was their professionalism, their commitment, and the friendly service of the entire team. Since we needed to move urgently, they did everything possible to finish the job on time, even working on a Sunday so we could move into our new home without delay. That level of dedication is hard to find these days. The customer service was impeccable. They not only did an excellent job, but once the installation was complete, they followed up with us, returning several times to check that everything was working perfectly and to make sure we were completely satisfied. I've lived in my house for over 20 years and have used multiple maintenance services, and honestly, this has been one of the most unfortunate experiences I've ever had with a company. What was most concerning wasn't just the difference between the advertised price and the final charge, but also the lack of communication and follow-up. I've made several attempts to contact them, and on different occasions, they told me they would call me back or look into the case, but I never received a concrete answer or a solution.
