  • 50/50 maybe? First service call went real well, friendly and punctual. Called back 2 months later, with essentially the same problem and was left with more questions than answers. Certainly fell a little short of the expectations set by the first experience.

A very friendly, courteous, and clean technician that came to my house and spent a few days basically running all new ducts thru my house.   • Once again, I never need them in a normal time…. Picture this Vacation Bible School and no A/C. Jason to the rescue. We didn’t make it easy for him, we turned him into a contortionist but he saved the day!. Birdwell is not my first call they are my ONLY call! Update on the service: Lonie and Jake are just amazing. They came back and cleaned the coils and leveled the unit. See you in the spring So, needless to say the AC fan is not shutting off and we are freaking out….how often can you have a real life superhero come save the day…Wolverine to the rescue. 1.5 hours from first call to mission accomplished. Quality courteous service….What more can you ask for A/C day two. Jason was back today to install the new fan 15 minutes start to finish. They will always be my Go-To. I am glad they did not charge by the hour because we spent more time talking guitars LOL
