I called for a pre-season check up on my boiler. They were very professional. The 2 gentlemen (Rakesh and Miguel) were knowledgeable , neat, very polite and courteous. They not only diagnosed and addressed the issues but took the time to show me how to maintain the boiler going forward, I will be using them in the future for expert maintenance.

If you have any doubts, I can confirm (just like the other reviews) that you'll be in good hands! Munesh and team are very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Prices are also very fair! We took a chance 2 years ago just seeing the few good reviews on Google. No other technicians could come sooner when we called around. Our AC stopped working all of a sudden on the hottest day. We had a newborn at the time and they went out of their way to come knowing our situation and despite being so close to July 4th weekend. Haven't had any issue with my new AC since. Had the outdoor AC unit completely replaced. We called them again recently for a separate issue as there was a pool of water around our central AC unit inside our home and they were able to quickly identify that the drain was clogged and fixed it quickly. Again, they came right away, honest, and no salesman headaches! Thank you team!

I had called to have my oil filter changed on my furnace and Munesh was more than helpful, even suggesting that if it can be performed by myself or someone familiar with it, to do so, and save some money. His pricing was more than fair and less than others. I would highly recommend this company for those who want good, prompt service at a more than reasonable price. Follow Up Service (December 2025): My oil boiler had an issue and we lost heat during the coldest time of the year. Munesh and his team (Miguel, Samson, etc.) prioritized restoring my heat and worked day and night to ensure not only that the heat was working, but there would be no follow-up issues. Again, more than reasonable pricing, and just a great overall team. We should all be lucky to have access to a business such as Blaka.
