  • Ethan and a helper came over to remove my furnace so that the sewer line below it could be excavated and repaired. Ethan was friendly and attentive to my requests. And most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing. Having skilled technicians with a lot of experience is the best. They will be installing my new high efficiency furnace soon. Kevin and two others installed my new Carrier 92% high efficiency furnace with Aprilaire humidifier. Attentive to my request, they installed new panning for my return air ducts, which they reinstalled. They thoroughly answered my questions and ensured the furnace fan would run slowly in the background even when it was not heating, to ensure the air stays well mixed, no cold or hot spots. To do this they had to replace the wiring to my thermostat upstairs. Complete and friendly service. They even cleaned up the mess before they left. Impressive!

The reason is simple….they offered a higher quality product at a lower install cost and a commitment to back up their work unconditionally. Scott and his team are honest, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The install crew was fantastic - showed up on time, walked us through the process and competed the job efficiently. They also make the entire process easy for the customer by filing ALL the paperwork related to rebates and post install city inspections for you ! The quality of their work and their customer service is outstanding. We highly recommend them no matter how big or small an HVAC need you have. Top notch service !

Steven and Kevin were excellent - professional, timely, courteous, and did an amazing job. They were also incredibly thorough with the cleanup. When they left, it was like they were never here! Everything was clean and tidy. Scott, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, annswered all of our questions, and not pushy at all. We never felt pressured, which made the entire process so much more comfortable. From the initial consultation to the installation, Bloomington Heating and Air made what can be a stressful purchase feel easy and straightforward! Highly recommend!
