• Air conditioning stopped cooling in the middle of summer so I made an appointment and Sage was able to identify the problem. • 09.24.26 Technician: Pouria Ziari Pouria was able to quickly determine why the cooled air had suddenly stopped flowing - a bad capacitor was the culprit! He quickly left to pick up the part (this heat wave has them flying off the shelves!), installed it, and then checked the system to confirm everything was working & cooling, correctly. He apologized for the issue which, of course, was not his fault... but that's the right thing to say when you choose to provide good customer service 👍 I made the service call yesterday afternoon when we returned to a "too warm" house, & I was pleasantly surprised to get scheduled for next day service - VERY nice. (Glad I purchased that service contract!!) As a customer of two years, I am very happy with Bob Jenson's technicians, their customer service, & the product they sell. Just this Tuesday, I recommended this company to a friend who hasn't had a/c for a few years. I hope they'll reach out & see what Bob Jenson can do for them. 11.13.25 Technician: Brian Fernandez Just a regular furnace maintenance... but, Brian was very thorough & checked each part of the system, verified when items were installed/replaced/repaired, & showed me pics of the areas of concern. Airducts are getting near the 15-yr mark & are showing signs of wear & inconsistent heat distribution patterns - an important catch... don't want things overheating & causing a fire in the attic! Brian was very courteous, arrived on time, was considerate of our property, & even found a nice Milwaukee portable charger that someone had left up in the attic! A nice, honest, & respectful man - just the type you want working in your home! Each of the above-named individuals provided exceptional service - as promised. They showed professionalism and courtesy throughout the whole install. Mike patiently and satisfactorily answered ALL of my many questions about various aspects of the purchase process and the items being purchased; he responded to my calls and texts in a very timely fashion - a rare thing to find these days! Javier kept his team moving while providing good attention to detail, maintained tidiness in both setting up and tearing down, and showed respect for my home and its fixtures. They arrived on time and clearly explained the goals to be achieved each day. Michelle rounded out this great team effort by providing superb follow-up with regard to ensuring that the final pieces of the install (certification and permitting) were completed in a very timely fashion, and by tidying up all the "loose ends" (another rarity these days!). She ALSO was the person who answered my initial inquiry and then correctly relayed my info to Mike for him to contact me. I haven't had to really run the unit very much thus far, but I expect it to perform as advertised and feel confident that I will receive the continued excellent service that I have come to expect from Bob Jenson A/C should any problems or concerns arise! My husband found this company (via a Google search) and was impressed by the reviews that he read. We are both more than pleasantly pleased to have experienced the same good service and product as those other reviewers did. Two quite happy Santee customers!

• When my A/C quit, Sage come out the next morning and got it fixed and explained why it quit. He was wonderful! My duct work has never been efficient in cooling some rooms and was about 50 years old and needed to be replaced, so they installed all new ducts and vents. Conner and Abraham did an outstanding job and were so helpful in listening to how I wanted the vents aimed and cleaned up any messes. I can't say enough about these 2 men and highly recommend this company!!!

• Had our A/C unit inspected and lubricated ahead of winter shutdown and after a tough late summer in San Diego. The Bob Jensen technician - Jake - was a well-mannered, informed and competent professional who completed his work in a timely manner, showed me images of the internal condition of the unit and the electrical test results related to its performance and provided some follow-on recommendations to improve longevity of the system.
