• We did not have a good experience with Bosco. We were initially told the job would be one price, but were billed significantly more. I understand things can change but there was no communication during the job about the change in plan. There was also a lot of complaining about the work previously done (by our previous owners). With many plumbers out there, I do not recommend Bosco.

I am impressed by his work ethics, kind and pleasant demeanour. Very detailed and thorough in his task. Taught me a few things too about workings of hot water system. It was my fault that there was a discrepancy over our mode of payment settlement, however Paul went away very pleased and happy when it was quickly corrected.

• Paul from Bosco's Plumbing did an excellent work in my sons home, replacing main hitting unit within one day from emergency call. Few days later I needed to check some plumbing work in my sons house while they were absent. This did not have anything with work done by Bosco's plumbing finished just two days before. Not being able to resolve small plumbing issue, luckily I fond on the table Bosco's invoice from previous work and called for help. Paul replied and said hat he will be in the area the day after and he will fix that. It happened as he promised. He fixed the small issues with no charge. This was not about the money, but rather about devoted professional who keep his customers happy. By the way , the work they did with heating system replacement was exceptional.
