We called Buckeye Heating & Cooling for a second opinion after discovering an issue with the heat exchanger in our 8-year-old furnace, and I’m very glad we did. They were straightforward about our options, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and provided a very competitive quote. The installation went very smoothly. The technicians were professional, clean and thorough, and made sure everything was working correctly and that we understood the new system before they left. I had a service call scheduled for today for a furnace checkup that was prepaid on an annual service contract and a furnace/water heater y-duct exhaust connection replacement due to a pin hole leak with the propensity of propagating that was discovered during the last service call in Spring for the AC. When the technician arrived, the items he needed to fix the y-duct were not with him. He made the trip back to the facility to secure the materials to replace the y-duct, returned the same day, and replaced the duct at no charge. This was an unexpected albeit pleasant blessing. I have used this company for 20 years and they have replaced all the mechanicals in my home over the years. They are a top notch company that does stellar work.
