• Very bad experience with the owner! I've used the company before and had great work done by some of his technicians, but they don't work for him anymore. The owner of the company yelled at me several times and refused to give me a breakdown of parts and labor for the work that he quoted for replacing the water heater that I felt was overpriced. I usually get quotes from other companies to compare, but we had my elderly mother we were caring for and needed hot water ASAP. I felt that he took advantage of the situation. He also convinced us that we needed to install the water heater on a stand, which the permit technician said was false since it was installed inside the house and not the garage. We paid for that extra labor and part, which was unnecessary and made the project much more difficult. I confronted the company about it and they refused to do anything. They're dishonest and will overcharge. The owner refused to give me costs because he knew it was overpriced. He got angry and yelled at me--totally unprofessional. He should have refunded me for the extra costs for the water heater stand that we did not need. It's written in the code that the stand is only necessary in the garage.
