We pride ourselves on the fact that we spend very little on advertising as most of our business comes from customer referrals. Given the opportunity, we will work hard to be the best HVAC and Refrigeration company you have ever used. One of our specialties here is commercial refrigeration. • Great service, fair pricing, experienced technicians, and most of all, genuinely personable people. My experience was excellent from start to finish—from the, “all hats wearing” Barbara who answered my call to the business owner, who personally wanted to understand the problem when I explained that I needed same-day service. I called at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon, and somehow they made the stars align and had my tenants cooled down by 6:00 that same evening. What really stood out was the pricing. I had already dealt with one of the big-name companies, and they wanted over three times as much money for the same repair. It was a great reminder that bigger doesn’t necessarily mean better. Here, I received experienced technicians, excellent service, and a fair price without feeling like I was paying for a giant company’s advertising budget. It’s refreshing to call a business, speak with an actual person, and get answers to your questions right then and there. That level of service, combined with their experience and fair pricing, made my decision easy: I’ll be using them for all of my properties going forward. • I’ve used Burlett Refrigeration at our business for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. We lease our ice machines through them, and they service every piece of refrigeration equipment we have—from a 30-ton unit and walk-in coolers all the way down to kegerators. In all that time, I don’t think I’ve ever asked them to fix something they couldn’t handle. They’re always on time, always professional, and most importantly, they’re honest. They get the job done right and always seem to find the most practical and cost-effective solution rather than trying to sell you something you don’t need. I trust them enough that I also use Burlett for all of the AC maintenance and repairs at my home. With 8ft ceilings, I wasn’t looking forward to a bulky mini-split unit hanging on the wall. Michael showed me a range of Mitsubishi ceiling flush options that would blend in, and that is what we went with. Everyone from Ms. Barbara in the office to the installation crew, Michael, Danny, Josh, and Johnathan was professional and knowledgeable. They completed the entire installation in a day and left no mess. They went above and beyond, more than any of the other “major” AC players in the area have ever done for me. • Burlett Refrigeration has been servicing and maintaining my air conditioners for nearly 30 years. I originally employed them to service my rental properties and they have performed exceptionally! Tenants can be difficult at times and the technicians at Burlett are always on time and very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the amount of service and dedication the crew showed to ensure my replacement went smooth and met my high level of expectations. Prior to deciding on a product, all the options were thoroughly discussed in detail to ensure I was receiving the unit that best fit my needs. On the day of the installation, the technicians were very professional and ensured the installation was immaculate. After unboxing the inside unit, it was discovered that the brand-new equipment had a substantial amount of damage. The technicians immediately called their suppliers who timely delivered a replacement while they continued the installation process to ensure the system was not offline longer than required due to the defective item. In the end, I received a very nice updated central AC that has been saving me money due to its high energy efficiency and keeping me very cold due to my girlfriend’s aggressive temperature settings.
