I called to get an air duct installed in my crawl space. 24 hours later, I had Austin and Army on the job! They were very detailed, clean, and thorough with their work. After the work was finished, Austin ran a test on my ac unit and found that it was dirty. He cleaned it out for me and now the house has never felt cooler! 10/10 stars and will be going with Butler Co heating and air for all my HVAC needs

This place is amazing. Seth showed up early and fixed my issue then went beyond and cleaned out the exterior unit and checked the coolant pressures. Seth is a highly competent, accomodating, and just all around super guy. Will definitely be calling next time i have a problem. Thank you Butler County Heating & A/C Repair for a fantastic job!

I woke up one morning and found that the A/C was blowing warmish air and I also found it was leaking water, making quite the mess in an adjacent room with carpet. I knew who I was contacting first thing in the morning. I arrived at the office, spoke with Nancy and she immediately put me on the schedule for a service call at 3:00 that same day. Billy arrived early and by 3:35, he serviced my A/C unit and had me up and running in no time. Very friendly, very reasonable in costs and very efficient. These folks know their heating and air and will treat you like family.

Austin and Army did a great job of replacing our air conditioning unit. They took great care to protect our carpet throughout the entire installation process and was very respectful of our home. When the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area and left everything looking great! Both Austin and Army were friendly, professional, and worked extremely well together as a team. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were evident from start to finish. I highly recommend them and appreciate the outstanding service they provided.

Billy with Butler County was able to quickly diagnose a refrigerant issue with my A/C and had it repaired within an hour of arrival at a reasonable price. He was great to work with and strikes me as an honest, professional guy to do business with.

Our air conditioner stopped working overnight, i was referred to BCH&Air by someone who had previously used them. I called, and spoke to Nancy that morning and they were at our home the same day, even though they were swamped with customers. Our unit is bigger than most, so Seth had to go back to Rose Hill from Augusta to get the larger capacitor, (my fault for not telling them what unit we had), we said it would be ok to wait a day as it was getting late, but he said nope, he would get it done! Got back, hooked it up, checked to make sure everything was clean and good to go. So professional and very nice. When he told my husband how much it was we were shocked. It was less than i had paid for the same service on my old unit years ago. Please give them a try, super nice family owned business and very very reasonable! Thank you to Butler Co. Heating & Air. :)

Called then and Billy was at the house in a few hours to give me a quote for new HVAC system, he gave me 8 quotes for different types of units and explained benefits of each. Once I made my choice, they were out a week later to replace my old system. In and out in less than 8 hours even with a lot of metal work to join up to my return and supply stack. They did a great job, very responsive and very friendly to boot. The prices were competitive with other quotes I got for comparable systems. The new system is so much quieter, very satisfied so far, will have to wait for summer and winter to verify efficiency, but would not hesitate to use the again for future HVAC needs.

I have to give props! Billy with Butler County Heating and Air is the best! My furnace went out Saturday morning during the artic freeze. I called Billy on Sunday afternoon. He offered to come right out. Ok, furnace was original to the house(1950's). Hot water heater was over 20 years old. They tore out the furnace, and were getting ready to take out the water heater. The floor was rotted. One of the guys about went through the floor! Eekkkk! Billy called to tell me this and all I could see was big $$$ signs. Then, the duct work was bad, too. Oh gosh! Anyway, everything has been replaced and and repaired. I was expecting a much larger bill than what I received, but Billy did me a solid!! If you have heating and air problems, please consider giving him a call. He won't steer you wrong. He's very trustworthy.

My wife and I have been considering a replacement for our 32+ year old system that was on the brink of failure. Billy of Butler County HVAC had real concern for our needs. He provided concise information with various options in equipment. We selected this company based upon Billy's answering our questions, willingness to be approachable even after business hours, and his crew. His two techs assigned to remove and install our new Trane HVAC, arrived on time, we're very friendly, did this job efficiently, & cleaned up all work areas before they left. I highly recommend this company!

I needed a new ac and furnace and had multiple quotes from other companies but as soon as I talked to Billy I knew who I would choose. Billy was very informative and gave me multiple options to choose what was best for us. When I called to arrange the replacement I also told them my ac unit at the time was having a hard time keeping up with the heat so Billy made sure to schedule my replacement as soon as possible so my family wouldn’t have to endure the summer heat for long. When Army and Austin came to replace my ac and furnace they were very polite, hard working and cleaned every thing up! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing anything done. I will calling Butler County Heating and Air for all of my future needs, their dedication to being the best is top notch! Thank you for all you do!
