A couple of years ago I called them to give me a quote for a heat pump to replace my AC and oil heat. They came out promptly and gave me the quote. I decided not to do anything at the time. This year I began having AC problems and asked for a revised quote. I still didn't act on it until my AC completely quit during the July heat wave. I called Bob Chase and he gave me an updated quote after a discussion about fixing just the AC or doing the whole system. We decided upon the whole system. C&C helped me get the MassSave HEAT loan and the rebate. They were there the day after my HEAT loan was funded and my system was operational on the third day. They were fantastic from start to finish. Katie, in the office, was great at helping me with the HEAT loan. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I have been customers of C&C Temperature Control for more than 10 years. They maintained a converted oil-to-gas hot water heating system which included an indirect hot water storage tank. This system had 4 zones with a single circulating pump. Heat was controlled by zone valves. The boiler served as the indirect water heater which was the fifth zone. In 2014, C&C installed a central air conditioning system at our house. In 2023, we replaced the old boiler with a wall mounted gas fired unit with 5 circulating valves. The installations of both heating and cooling systems were impeccable. We recently sold our house and moved into a condominium. We had C&C perform a maintenance check on the hot air and cooling systems soon after moving in. Then we decided to replace an aged-out water heater with an on-demand wall mounted unit. C&C did the installation. We had problems with the new unit. C&C was there to stand behind their work and was intimately involved with the manufacturer’s support team. Eventually, the manufacturer authorized the heater to be replaced…yes, C&C did that work too. We continue to use C&C as our HVAC service provider…we’re very happy with their continued support and their friendly and knowledgeable staff. To conclude, C&C is responsive and does quality work with qualified technicians. We highly recommend C&C Temperature Control, Inc.

Replaced our 25yr old oil boiler with a efficient Viessmann propane boiler and a hot water tank for HALF of what other companies were asking. Very professional work -- everyone who looks at the system says the pipe work is beautiful. We're saving ~$1500/yr in heating costs after this switch. They also removed all the old equipment including the oil tank, giving us an extra closet in the basement. If I had another house that needed this, I'd call them tomorrow.

This company tried charging me for services that I never received. The techs came to my house one day after the weekend with no follow up or courtesy call saying that they were on on there way. They just showed up unannounced and tried charging me for not letting them in. A year later the company is still billing me the $200 for no show charge which tells me they are desperate for money. Most companies would've let that go by now because it's a first time misunderstanding between the company and the customer but yet C@C cooling continue to chase me down for $200 dollars. It's not about the customers it's about proving they will charge for anything even if it means losing there customers.

Very professional. Clear communication. Timely service. So far so good. it was a HVAC install - heating and cooling, both. Cooling is fine so far. It was late in the summer season so it didnt get stress tested yet I think. We will see how heating goes in the winter and the cooling on the real hot days next summer.
