I'm sad to report that we did not have a good experience with CampbellCare. I have no doubt - based on their consistently high ratings - that they are a very capable organization with well trained installers and technicians, and as a result, I really did think long and hard before leaving a negative review. However, this was a customer service failure that definitely should have been handled better. In our particular situation, we spent a decent amount of time working with the CampbellCare Staff - their installers did a site visit at our house (very nice guys), and we visited their showroom - and the process was proceeding as well as we could have hoped for. We went ahead and placed an order for a Valor fireplace insert. We submitted the requested deposit, and an installation date was set up. The installation date was postponed when they were not able to get the Valor unit delivered to their warehouse in time for the install. No problem. We agreed on a tentative installation date for 3 weeks later. Once again, the Valor unit was still not available. Again, no problem. They informed us that they were hoping to have the problem resolved before the end of the month. We were totally fine with these delays. The end of the month came and went with no updates. I reached out to CampbellCare early the next month, but I received no response. In my email, I indicated that if the manufacturer (Valor) was giving them the runaround, that we would be fine with pivoting to an alternative unit. I made another inquiry near the end of that month, but still no reply. I eventually reached out to one of their Service Technicians to determine what was going on. He, understandably, had no knowledge of our ongoing delay, and he promised to look into the situation immediately. Three weeks later, I still had not received any updates. By this time, it was 4 months since the initial installation was supposed to happen, and a full 3 months since anybody had provided a status update. As I stated in my email, I can fully accept ongoing delays - no problem at all - but for the life of me, I can't understand the failure to take 2-3 minutes to provide a simple update over a 3 months period. Eventually, I was left with no choice but to contact my credit card provider and open up a dispute to recover my $2300 deposit. I am left shaking my head, wondering why a company with such a hard-earned, stellar reputation would allow such a customer service lapse to occur. If their costs went up unexpectedly during those 4 months due to inflation, or new tariffs - again, no problem - just reach out to me and let me know. I can only guess as to why they decided not to fulfill this contracted agreement. Anyhow, my rant has gone on long enough. I wish the folks at CampbellCare well, and I guess every business has the occasional customer service failure. Hopefully they can review where things went wrong and avoid disappointing future customers.

They incorrectly installed my furnace, and gave false inspection reports after. I had to have someone else come in to fix the issue. CampbellCare have acknowledged their fault, but are refusing to provide compensation.

We’ve used Campbell care since 2023 when we moved into our home - previous owners did as well. Love that they have experience and know our heating and fire place systems throughly. Geoff installed a new hot water tank this past summer and recently fixed our fireplace during the busy season between Christmas and new year - service as always was prompt, efficient and friendly - will continue to use their services in the future.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service and hard work to replace our very old fireplace into something modern. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, honestly. Thank you Scott and Jane!

Had a fantastic experience with Campbell care fixing the shower in my apartment. Geoff did a great job, explained everything very clearly, and even had an item that worked in a 40 year old shower that had previously had some questionable work done by the previous owners. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help

CampbellCare Plumbing provided and installed a free standing gas fireplace in our home; the fourth installation they have done for our family - 2 free standing and 2 built in gas fireplaces. Once again their work was excellent. We are so happy with the new fireplace and work done to make the installation possible. We highly recommend CampbellCare. Thank you Scott and Duncan!

I have used Campbell Care Plumbing & Heating since 2011 for my home in Richmond upon a recommendation from my realtor. Recently I needed a dryer vent installed and the water line connected to a new fridge. The technician arrived on time as promised and expertly took care of the issues, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to use Campbell Care exclusively and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional plumbing and heating company!

Yesterday you came to my house. It was a very quick response. The serviceman was very professional according to my wife. She said it was clear from the start his first concern was my family's safety. There was a problem that could have led to a fire and he went above and beyond to ensure my family's safety. I am very grateful. Thank you so much.
