• My house in Surrey had new high efficiency hydronic Rinnai Boiler with Indirect domestic hot water tank (Echo Kong 80 gallon ) installed from using over 20 years old high cost utility conventional boiler system by Sam airi CP Heating team. At first I was referred by my church friend for his very good professional service with good reasonable cost. their job was very excellent and very timely on time. their wall mount newq boiler box with new wiring new repiping job looks very good installed to the wall. When I had questions or concerns to solve and clarify , he visited my house and explained very well, So I had a very clear understanding. I was very satisfied for their service to my house. And I highly recommend this company to new customers with new heationg and cooling or repair service.

• I had a very disappointing experience with this Canadian Pacific Heating and Cooling HVAC company. On January 22, 2026, I called them out because my outdoor heat pump unit was freezing and the defrost wasn’t working. Sam (Sadegh Amiri) came, did some troubleshooting including contacting the supplier/manufacturer and told me a part needed to be ordered. He said it would take 3–4 weeks to arrive, require programming and cost about $800 in labor for a full day repair. I paid for the initial service call and Sam said he would send the invoice later but despite 5 reminders over the next 2 months, I never received it. He then told me the part would arrive on March 2nd. Today is April 2nd and I have received 0 updates, no calls, no messages, nothing. I tried calling and texting multiple times with no response. I just contacted another HVAC company later in March. They diagnosed the issue quickly and found it was just a faulty coil sensor, a $30 part that took about an hour to replace. It was fixed the very next day. I would not recommend Canadian Pacific Heating and Cooling: very poor communication, no follow through and a completely incorrect and expensive diagnosis. Taking cash and then disappearing without providing an invoice or updates is unacceptable.
