  • David did our annual inspection of the plumbing and heating in our home. He is an outstanding technician. He explained the pros and cons regarding the upgrades that were required and as a result we were very comfortable with our choices that had to be made.

  • After coming to the home, they (Mitch and Gui) checked after informing them that we just need venting upgrade for the water heater from 3” to 4” B Vent pipe. Though they had an approx idea what the venting pipe would cost , they pretended saying they have to wait to get the cost of the material from their office. To make them comfortable, we suggested they could sit on the chairs and offered them coco cola which they accepted. After sitting for about 20 minutes, he took out his binder that had printed charges for their job to be done but before informing us the cost , kept turning pages to let us know the cost of furnace, water heater, air conditioner, etc., and finally stopped at the page of the cost of venting pipe saying this is the company charges and they are sorry that they have no authority to decrease the cost and the cost for the venting pipe for approximately 8 ft pipe which includes Elbow connectors and first portion above the opening of the water heater- $1270/-. We said that the charge is ridiculously high. We had to unfortunately pay them for coming to the house with GST $104.95. So we paid them and sent them on their way. They were supposed to send us the receipt for the payment, it’s almost 5 hours but haven’t received the receipt nor the report which Mitch promised to send as soon as he writes the report..

By the time he left I felt that Dave had honestly put himself in my shoes to deliver the best possible service he could. He replaced our furnace humidifier at a much better value than repair. He replaced my washing machine hoses as we were at risk of a catastrophic failure.   • Carlos came at a short notice to fix a sump pump that he had installed in March. He showed up early and fixed my problem quickly and made some changes to make it easier for me to fix the problem myself in the future. There was no charge for the call.

  • Carlos was great (he was here July 24 2026). He refused to do just do the usual with the slow drain kitchen sink (just send down a snake once and leave); he refused to go until the issue had been completely solved. It's now obvious previous work on the slow drain were just stop-gaps; Carlos was the first person who really fundamentally fixed it, likely to the point I won't need a plumber for a long time.

  • Sergio and Guy completed a thorough furnace and AC inspection, including AC cleaning. They also did a house plumbing inspection and made some very good suggestions. Sergio answered all of our questions and gave us a quote on some repairs we can consider. They did an excellent job and we would definitely have them back.
