The tech was very professional and friendly but the unit is still not working. It has been shut down since the day he left. It won't cycle and runs cold. The temp reads 79 and the "I feel" reads 64.

Air conditioner kept turning off called Certified Air Services and a technician came out and inspected the compressor and found the fan not working. Found a replacement in his truck and changed it out. System now works great. Cost was very reasonable. I have had other companies that would have told me the whole system was shot and sold me a new one. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s honest and reliable.

I was extremely pleased with the service of Certified Air and will definitely use them again and again! I was so pleased that they came out right away while we were having a heat wave, replaced the motor of my air-conditioning unit without upselling me or suggesting things I didn’t need… my air-conditioning is up and running and for a reasonable price!! We are 5 Stars happy; and if we could add more stars we would! Our old air conditioning unit had not been replaced in nearly 30 years; and it just could not keep up with the summer heat. Certified Air replaced our HVAC system in the middle of our latest relentless heat wave. It was a 2+ day process, as all the ducting needed to be replaced as well. The first day, the crew removed the old condenser outside, and installed the new heat pump unit in its place. So that, at the end of the first day, they were able to supply cool air for us overnight -- Ahh - such a relief. On day 2, they returned to put all the new ducting in the attic. It was so cool (literally) how the ducting provided cool air to the crew in the attic during the installation! The team was professional and really seemed to enjoy working together. Dan, the lead, anticipated what was necessary and kept us informed every step of the way. The heat wave is still going on; but we are cool in here! The newly installed heat pump is doing the job, and with much less time running than our old condenser. We have never been so cool in this house!

Daniel and his team were prompt, punctual, friendly and professional. Sarah came to diagnose whats wrong with my AC correctly, and Daniel and his crew came to fix the problem. They worked hard through extreme heat without complaining. They delivered the job as they promised. I love my new AC unit. The whole repair was costly but their price was very reasonable. I’d love to do business with this company again. Highly recommended.
