  • Chill Out A/C & Heating Inc. Replaced several HVAC units in our condo building during a capital project. The price was very reasonable. The team always kept us informed and went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible. They've also been back to maintain some other HVAC systems in our building since. With this service they provide a phenomenal report regarding the entire system with before and after pics throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

  • I highly recommend calling these guys if you need any type of A/C work completed. I had 6 mini-splits & 3 condensers that needed some serious maintenance. I just bought my home & didn't know who to call-as most companies only service mini-splits that they install themselves. Not the Chill Out brothers! They came out & worked on each unit until it was thoroughly cleaned. Their work was meticulous, they were kind & personable, they cleaned up & left my place spotless & they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'll absolutely call them again. You should definitely check them out.

  • I highly recommend Chill Out A/C and Heating! My main contact was Matthew. At first, it was a little difficult to reach someone because they were backed up, but they did return my call, and from there, everything was fantastic. Matthew and the team were incredibly nice, professional, and responsive. They also gave me the lowest quote out of the three companies I contacted. They showed up ready to work, completed everything in one day, Cleaned up after their work, and finished within the exact timeline they originally provided. I would definitely use Chill Out A/C and Heating again. Great experience from start to finish! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are outstanding people and give outstanding service.   • Chandler was amazing. We called Chill Out for a second opinion after another AC company told us that our 11 year old central air system was ruined by lack of coolant and would have to be replaced at a cost of $12,000 or more. Chandler inspected the unit and system very carefully and found that the system was functional and just needed new freeon. He also put in place a diagnostic tool to try to find a leak that was not obvious. The system is running beautifully now. We could not be happier - the service was prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, and very effective. Thank you!!
