Micah and a new tech came out for a yearly service and look over so the visit was very informational. Appreciate the time he took explaining things. This was our 2nd interaction with Climate Pro. They are a very above board company. Highly recommend. Hard to argue about Climate Pro. Called at 2:20 and tech drove from Goodyear to Gold Canyon on a Friday afternoon arriving at 4 pm. Wow! FIVE STARS - Outstanding service from Climate Pro! I was extremely impressed with the excellent service I received from Climate Pro, especially their technician, Colten. He was extraordinarily competent, professional, thorough and efficient. He was also exceptionally courteous, friendly and personable. I particularly appreciated his kindness and patience with my dog who was frightened and kept barking at him. Colten handled the situation with such a pleasant attitude. His attention to detail was outstanding. He was careful to wear shoe coverings in my home, worked neatly and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the service. It’s refreshing to encounter a technician who combines such a high level of technical expertise with genuine courtesy and consideration for the customer. To start off, I’m a gold member and I can highly recommend to invest in that. I noticed some dripping outside from the upper pipe and called them. They came right away and after inspection I decided a new AC would be the best option. They came the next day to remove the old unit and install the new one. By the afternoon it was humming away happily. Every move was documented with photos and videos and I could see what was happening. The whole team involved did a fabulous job! Friendly, courteous and efficient. Everything they had to move they put back in its place. Everything was cleaned up spotless. Very impressed and happy!

Previously used Collins for Lennox service purchased through Costco. Collins refused to honor warranty for Lennox HUB because it is discontinued (year 7 of 10 of warranty and never returned my call requesting an explanation). Climate Pro was honest and provided service to repair my HVAC at less than half the cost Collins quoted for a HUB that was under Collins warranty. Use Climate Pro for reliable, honest and reasonable cost service. Extremely satisfied! Disappointed in Costco for using Collins.
