I’m very happy with the service I have received. I learned about Cole Air Contracting from an employee of theirs, Gerald. All the staff I dealt with were excellent. Any time I emailed with a question or concern, the ladies in the office were quick to respond. The insulation crew were friendly and worked efficiently. Cole air performed the work in the timeline they suggested, and even returned to fix a small issue in a timely manner. Only downside of the installation was the mess that was made and not offered to clean up, both inside and outside. Overall I would recommend.

Cole Air Contracting came to our home, explained everything clearly, and handled all the paperwork which made things simple and stress‑free for us. Once the paperwork was completed, their team upgraded our electrical panel to 200 amp, installed all the ductwork, and finished the heat pump installation. They have every tradesperson needed — electricians, ductwork installers, and more — all on staff, so the job was organized, and efficient. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The owner is involved and attentive, and you can tell he takes pride in the work his company does. I highly recommend Cole Air Contracting to anyone considering a heat pump. They explain everything upfront and take care of the entire process from start to finish.

I would leave less than 1 star if Google would let me. I would not recommend Cole Air Contracting to anyone! Contacted this company 4+ weeks ago for an issue with my LG mini split and a deep clean on all 3 heads. When the technician arrived, he said he was never told about the deep cleanings and I would have to reschedule. He went on to diagnose the issue as 2 bad valves and a bad thermistor. He said the serial # on the unit was hard to read but he would try to figure it out and have the office check out if there was any remaining warranty. A week went by and I never heard from them. I called their office and was told they were shorthanded and they couldn't figure out the correct serial number. So, I managed to retrieve the correct serial #, sent it to them, still didn't hear back. I called days later to confirm they had received the picture of the serial #, which they did and still didn't check on the warranty yet.. No apology, just the excuse that the person who checks on the warranties is on holidays... Another week went by with no communication so I contacted Heat Pump Solutions. They were out the next day and quickly diagnosed my mini split problem to be a refrigerant leak. They also checked out what Cole Air Contracting had said the problem was but all readings were coming back within spec! No problems found with any valves or the thermistor!! 2 days later Heat Pump Solutions was back and repaired the leak and recharged the system all before Cole Air Contracting could even provide a quote!

Extremely disappointed with the service, workmanship, and handling of this issue by Cole Air Contracting. A technician came to replace the power board on my Mitsubishi heat pump. During the installation, an incorrect wiring connection was made, which caused the replacement board to short-circuit and fail immediately. Following the service call, my heat pump remained non-operational and the repair was not completed. Cole Air subsequently issued Invoice #17028 for $1,314.54 and required payment before returning to complete the repair. My concern is that I am being required to pay the invoice before the repair has been completed and the unit has been restored to operation. I have made it clear that I am prepared to pay for the repair. My position is simply that I expect the agreed repair to be properly completed and the heat pump restored to operation. I have escalated the matter to upper management, but this issue remains unresolved to date. I am now proceeding with formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Service NL Consumer Affairs. I am posting this review to document my experience and to make others aware of how this matter has been handled. I hope Cole Air will still resolve the matter directly and complete the repair.
