• Comfort Experts - you've done it again! I freaking love this company! I’ve used Comfort Experts several times over the last 6–7 years, starting with having them install a brand-new AC unit. That process went smoother than I ever expected. Every service call since - whether it was routine maintenance or a repair, has been just as impressive. Today was no exception. One of our capacitors decided it had fulfilled its life’s purpose and promptly retired, leaving the unit blowing hot air while our house raced toward a very cozy 90 degrees. In Arizona, that’s less “home” and more “air fryer.” I called Comfort Experts at 1:05 PM. By 1:20 PM, a technician was already on the way. By 2:30 PM, the AC was fixed and cold air was flowing again. C'mon, thats just unheard of! I’ve had pizza deliveries take longer! I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this company. From the owner, Ryan, to fantastic technicians like Thomas, to the wonderful people in the office, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, responsive, and just plain great at what they do. It’s rare to find a company you can call when something goes wrong and immediately feel like, “Alright, they’ve got me.” Comfort Experts has been that company for my family for years. At this point, you are family! Thanksgiving at my place :) Great people, incredible service, reasonable prices, and they keep me from melting into my furniture. 10000000/10. Highly recommend! • AC was blowing warm, despite replacing the filter. Found Comfort Experts on the Trane website so figured I'd give them a try. Tom was out same day to give a quick diagnosis of a bad fan motor. My system is less than 10 years so the manufacturer should still have it under warranty. He checked with Trane and unfortunately the company that installed my AC didn't register it so no warranty. He was out next day with a replacement motor and it's now working again. For those curious on price, I have a 5 ton Trane AC. Diagnosis was about $70, which you can put towards a repair. If my fan motor was under warranty, repair would have been just under $700. Without warranty, repair was just under $1,400. Honest company for my first time trying and I would use them again on my next repair or maintenance.
