• This was a good experience. Our mini-split system blew out its fuses. Comfort Solutions (which had installed the system last March) fixed the issue for no charge. • Our neighbor recommended Comfort Solutions for our HVAC replacement project. The installation team of Guillermo, Ed and Gerson were here yesterday and did a really great job with all aspects of the project. They worked in tight quarters without complaint and didn’t leave until everything was working and details shared with us. Our project advisor, Victor, also went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional care. We still have some additional work scheduled with them and I have full confidence in their abilities. • I had my house serviced by Ed. The previous owner's cat had shredded all of the ductwork in my attic. He really went above and beyond to fix all the shredded ductwork, and I mean that literally since he spent a good chunk of his day in my collar attic trying to replace shredded flex duct. • Dont even know where to start, They "fixed" my AC and did a VERY sloppy unprofessional job. Repaired the AC but didnt even remove the sitting water in bottom of the unit🤷🏿‍♂️ Called him back and came back to lean out the water. I had some old filters in my basement from the previous home owner that did not fit. Instead of telling me about the situation he just installed one of the filters thats too small. A professional would give you a heads up at least of the situation but he said nothing. Then i noticed that the hose from the condensation pump is leaking at the base. I informed them and they told me they would fix it for an additional price! What!!? To tighten something that you should have ensured was tight before leaving? The original issue was the AC didnt work due to a clog or something and water leaked out and ruined my carpet in the basement. You would think they would make sure there wasnt a leak anymore. I waited almost 3 weeks for my AC to he repaired in the middle of August. I will be contacting my home warranty company as well and likely taking them and this company to court. Do not use this place!

• From the appointment setup call to the service, Comfort Solutions came through for me. Special shout out to Steven and Ed our technicians. Ed did the work to replace our blower motor and Steve did the inspection to figure out the issue we were having. Both guys were polite, thorough, and found/fixed the problem with our unit in just under and hour; give or take a few minutes. The last company we worked with, the tech spent all of 15min looking at our unit, then told me the whole thing just needed to be replaced. Not Steven, and not Ed!! They both took the time, looked at everything, and figured out and made sure the issue was what it was, and then was resolved correctly. Also, extra special shout out to Andee our sales rep who came through with some magic for us on this! HIGHLY recommend Comfort Solutions for anyone in Stafford!

• Hello, my technician was Jaime’s Sanchez and he was great. He took the time to inspect my system and because I needed my evaporator coils cleaned he did that and explained how I could tell if the registered temperature and the temp from the vents were in sync. I did not get the coils in my outside unit cleaned but plan to do that and he explain how I can do so since I do not have an outside faucet. Overall, he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable and I am glad he was my assigned technician.
