  • I've been working with Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling for a number of years now. I am extremely pleased with the furnace and A/C they installed for me. The level of customer support is 2nd to none. They come out and inspect the equipment with the season change like clock work. Mill is meticulous in his pursuit to ensure my equipment is operating at peak performance. He is so very personable and spends as much time as needed making sure I understand the maintenance needs as well as introducing new enhancements available...without the sales hard press. Based on his expertise, he will make recommendations but does not pressure me. I am very satisfied with this company and its people. I won't be looking anywhere else for heating and cooling needs.

  • Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year called Comfort Zone and they came the next day The unit was 27 years old and we decided to get a new Trane unit because the last one lasted so long A few days later it was replaced Gill Marvin and Frank were all great price was great highly recommended will use them in the future

  • Mill & Steve helped us out in a crunch. We bought a new house and within months of moving in quickly discovered we needed a new AC condenser. We used them and they were fast and fairly priced. While installing the AC unit, they inspected our furnace and notified us the heat exchanger was cracked risking possible carbon monoxide leakage. They worked with us to assess repair vs. installation of a new furnace, and when we decided on a new furnace, were once again clean, on time, and did a great job with truly amazing pricing. Would highly recommend!

He was here at 9 am and had us back up and running in short order which was appreciated due to the temperature. He was professional and kind, and taught me a few general HVAC items along the way.
