  • Not good service from Waterloo shop 8/2025. Apprentice installed a/c poorly and coil whistles on startup. Bad Lennox coil but they don't care. Request for warranty service so far ignored. They say office will call. NO CALL!! Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.

They got me set up & they were at my house within 24 hours. The technician was polite and efficient; he replaced some of my older pipes and cleaned up afterwards. It was a smooth experience overall and very professional. Would recommend :)
