I recently bought a part from this company and had a pretty underwhelming experience. I asked a simple question about whether my carrier offers any discounts (something a lot of places check on), and the response I got was just “I don’t know,” with no effort to look into it or follow up. That alone didn’t inspire much confidence in their customer service. On top of that, the warranty is very limited—you’re basically stuck sending the part back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, which can be a hassle and leaves you without much support in the meantime. Overall, the lack of customer service and weak warranty make this a place I’d think twice about using again.

Great place and even better people working here. They communicate every step of their process and got me in and out in a couple hours. This is the place to go if you need work done.
