This is an update review :) 10/26 Just had Cool Camel come out when air conditioner wasn’t working. It wasn’t an obvious issue. Many would have diagnosed an expensive replacement. Not these folks. They do the work thats necessary at a fair rate. Fair and honest. Great company. Can’t say enough about Cool Canel. Not only are they nice people to work with, both on the phone and at your house, but they’re an ethical, fairly priced company. We’ve had our unit for 2 years now but I haven’t forgotten other companies who told us inaccurate, pricey information . Cool Camel only sells you what you need at a fair price.

Can’t recommend Cool Camel enough. Jaden and his team are the kind of people you actually want working at your house—honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and they do what they say they’re going to do. In Las Vegas, having an AC company you can trust is huge. Amazing job! Juan was able to come out on short notice on a busy workday, quickly identify the issue with my A/C, and get it fixed right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Cool camel came through for us a few years back when we needed new units in our home. Since then they've always been immediate with the help and assistance when we've had questions or small issues that have come up. My A/C was down and we were in desperate need to have it fixed. A friend of mine recommended Cool Camel. I called them and the owner Jaden said he would come out right away. Big Shout out to Jaden and Jason for coming to our rescue! I didnt even bother calling anyone else, these two were very knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable quote! Cool Camel kept my elderly mother cool in a time of need. Specifically, her air conditioning sprung a leak on the hottest day of the year. I called Cool Camel at about 4:30 pm and they informed me that they could have a technician out first thing in the morning. However, it wasn't a half an hour later that they called me back and said they could pull one of their guys off of a job to at least find out the problem. Man..... what a pleasure it was to not only talk to the office staff but also the technician that showed up and got my mom's AC running and blowing cold air. I contacted Cool Camel through their online request on April 8th around 9 AM and received a response within an hour with same-day appointment options. I was able to get service the same day, which I really appreciated. Jason, the technician, was excellent, very polite, professional, and thorough. I’ve been acquainted with Cool Camel for several years as they have been serving the hvac needs for my workplace. My home system was over 30 years old so I contacted them about replacement. After agreeing to the price, a crew of 3 arrived on schedule and on time with everything needed to complete the job. They put in a long day and didn’t leave until everything was thoroughly inspected and performance tested. Price was exactly as agreed with no surprises.
