Hi, Coopers did some work over the years on my furnace with such prompt service. So they were the first company I contacted regarding my switch from oil to Electric heat. Cooper's installed a new oil tank at my residence. They provided a clear and competitive quote in a timely manner. All the staff were very professional and friendly. On installation day, the five man crew successfully removed and installed a new steel oil tank in the basement without any damage. The crew were a very happy bunch of guys who clearly enjoyed their jobs! During the installation, they were very considerate and tried their best not to disturb our little baby’s rest, which we truly appreciated. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the site properly and left everything neat and tidy. Later, when we noticed some issues during the trial use of the product, the team responded seriously and took the time to help solve the problems. She guided us through the rebate program and handled all the intricacies, and made it really easy for us to avail of the program.
