• Great people, great company! Needed a new motor for my forced air unit. They diagnosed and ordered the new motor. Only 2 in So. Cal, 1 in Anaheim and 1 in Ontario. Picked up the one in Anaheim the next day since it was closer (I'm in Long Beach) and installed in my unit. Technician went to start it up and nothing. He spent the next couple of hours trying to get it to work but to no avail. At this point its almost 8:30pm. My old motor was still working (had a bad bearing) and he offered to put it back in so we would have air until they could get another motor. Mind you the guy lives in Pomona and the following day was his daughter's baptism. I told him to go home and not to worry about it. It was a cool evening anyway. The following day (Saturday) another tech drove out to Ontario and picked up the new motor and returned to my place to install. Success! All apologized profusely like they had anything to do with the bad luck of getting a bad motor. Repairs aren't always as easy as we would all like but they stuck with it and went above and beyond to remedy the situation quickly. Highly recommend!

• After a very smart diagnosis of a leak that a handful of previous HVAC people could not figure out, I had a new HVAC system installed. I could not be more pleased with the process and the outcome. Nick and his crew dismantled and removed the old system upstairs in a tight spot and put in the new one. The 2-3 man crew were very experienced and well-organized, showed maximum care and conducted thorough clean-up each day. They were very friendly and courteous to me and always on time. • April 2023 Service tech Shane top notch! Installers Abud sp?, Angel and Javier were great! Showed up on time, it took 3 days total for the install, always cleaned up before they left the job for the day! I was amazed to see all they had to do and am so happy with the results! When having to contact the office they were so nice and professional! After all was done there were a few things I had a question about and Nick Daniels came out to my home, walked me through my concerns and just left me a very happy person!
